IBI's new test-platform software has completed on-site deployment and entered its trial run. The software is operating normally, reading sensor data from the test bench and performing calculations with database storage.
The platform is used to measure key indicators of IBI machines, linking acquisition, calculation, display and recording into a reviewable workflow: the site environment is measured and measurement channels are verified before testing; signals are acquired during the test and mass flow is calculated with the standard orifice-plate formula; the operator console executes test actions, the monitor console shows process trends, and points that need to be retained are marked on record.
The point-marking function is complete: positions that must be retained are marked during the test, and the data are automatically saved to a PostgreSQL database and can be exported to Excel in one click for later review and consolidation. The team is preparing to generate blower performance and power curves automatically from the consolidated data.
This announcement is limited to the information above. Customer names, credentials, intranet addresses, serial numbers and unconfirmed R&D parameters are not disclosed.
More detailed technical notes on the test methods, channel verification and data-retention boundaries are now available in the Technical Notes section of the Resources centre.
