Verified key parameters

Only approved data is listed; model-level ratings and continuous operating ranges will be published after review.

Tested machine power4 kW
Comparison machine power (test reference)7.5 kW

These are bench-test machine parameters and do not represent every model on offer.

Performance and test conditions

A 4 kW high-speed centrifugal blower was compared with a 7.5 kW unit using a DN100, approx. 15-metre test line and an orifice flow meter.

Duty 1300 m³/h and 15 kPa: shaft power reduced from 3.5 kW to 1.8 kW, approx. 48.6% lower
Duty 2180 m³/h and 30 kPa: shaft power reduced from 5.0 kW to 3.0 kW, approx. 40.0% lower
Test lineDN100, approx. 15 m

Results apply to the stated test conditions and do not represent every installation.

Selection guidance

Selection starts by clarifying the requirements and duty point: design point, operating range, medium, altitude, temperature, noise and site constraints, before matching the machine, controls, filtration, cooling and piping interfaces.

Model-level ratings and the formal selection table will be published after review; for a current selection assessment, contact an engineer.

Assess your flow, pressure and duty requirements

Brochures and selection material are in preparation; tell us your flow, pressure and duty requirements and we will assess product selection, system interfaces and a validation path.
